Lunches and Dinners: minimum of 10

$55 (plus GST) for 2 courses

$60 (plus GST) for 3 courses

Entree:

  • Caramelised Shallot Tatin with goatscurd and watercress salad.
  • Honey roasted pear & haloumi salad with pickled walnut.
  • Salad of apple,frisee,fennel,pancetta & ricotta with vincotto dressing.
  • Cream of corn soup with fresh crab & basil oil.
  • Seared prawns with melon,ginger,lime & mint salad.
  • Fresh betel leaf with star anise duck breast, green papaya, coconut & chilli/lime syrup.

Main:

  • Zatar roasted barramundi with skordalia,cumin glazed carrots,zucchini & hazelnut dressing.
  • Roasted salmon with caper mash,asparagus,anchovy aioli and lemon salsa.
  • Cornfed chicken breast stuffed with ricotta & spinach with roasted kiflers,artichoke & salsa Romesco.
  • Moroccan baby chicken with almond & lemon pearl cous cous and harissa labneh.
  • Cumin crusted lamb loin with eggplant puree,roasted pepper,spicy Masala demi and mint salsa.
  • Herbed lamb cutlets with individual moussaka and hot fetta dressing.
  • Veal saltimbocca with risotto Milanese and Salsa Verde.
  • Beef fillet with fondant potatoes,tomato & onion marmelade & sauce Bernaise.
  • Above served with crusty bread rolls & steamed vegetables or salad where appropriate.

Dessert:

  • Eton mess with mixed berries & scrolls.
  • Coconut caramel with pineapple compote & coconut sorbet.
  • Frangipane pear & almond tart with vanilla bean ice cream.
  • Apple,raisin & hazelnut crumble with caramel ice cream.
  • Individual cheese plates with lavosh, grissini, crackers, quince paste & fruit.
