- Fresh betel leaf with star anise duck breast, green papaya, coconut & chilli/lime syrup.

- Zatar roasted barramundi with skordalia,cumin glazed carrots,zucchini & hazelnut dressing.
- Roasted salmon with caper mash,asparagus,anchovy aioli and lemon salsa.
- Cornfed chicken breast stuffed with ricotta & spinach with roasted kiflers,artichoke & salsa Romesco.
- Moroccan baby chicken with almond & lemon pearl cous cous and harissa labneh.
- Cumin crusted lamb loin with eggplant puree,roasted pepper,spicy Masala demi and mint salsa.
