  • Thai style duck & green papaya in crispy wontons.
  • Chilli chicken & coconut rice paper rolls with dipping sauce.
  • Chicken, pistachio & watercress finger sandwiches.
  • Bruschetta with assorted toppings (roasted tomato, basil cream, tapenade, pancetta, Sicilian anchovies etc).
  • Seared peppered tuna with wasabi cream.
  • Fresh crab with saffron linguine in mini glasses.
  • Prawn & basil cream finger sandwiches.
  • Fresh betel leaf with poached trout,green mango & caramelised ginger.
