You've probably seen what happens with a lack of professional supervision at someone else's function. Junior wait staff not sure of what to serve next, a company staff member directing them who should really be spending time with the corporate guests?
Supervisors enhance cooperation and service delivery
Corporate function staff supervision is a skill that develops over time and requires experience. A good supervisor (Gold or Silver standard) is familiar with a large range of potential situations and can effortlessly organise their team to avoid any mishaps or dissapointments.

Ratio - Supervisors to Staff to Guests
As a rough guide - each of Who's Waiting's hospitality staff will be responsible for 25 - 30 guests (recommended ratio). Where you are using Silver Star staff and have 3 or less hospitality staff then no additional wait staff supervision will be required (around 75 guests).
For larger events then each Silver Star staff member can handle supervision of up to 5 other staff members comfortably (so around 150 guests) - for the much larger events, Gold Star staff will comfortably manage 10 - 15 staff members and thus around 450 guests per Gold Star staff member.
The ratio of supervisors -to- hospitality staff -to- guests needs to be reviewed by one of our Gold Star staff for variations such as tray service, types of food and drink and distances over which the staff will work - once we have these inputs we can calculate your exact requirements.
