Not all hospitality staff are the same

Using a 3 star system we rate all the hosptiality staff who are available to work for you. Every person who applies to work for Who's Waiting must declare their competencies, their experience and history in the hospitality business as well as which VIP clients they have served. They then accompany one of our staff or teams on a job and their performance is estimated to see if it corresponds well with what they have noted. Finally, they then receive a rating under our Gold Star competency system – and this is made available to you – so you can choose exactly what you need and not just hope for the best!

Rankings, rates and competencies for Who's Waiting Staff

 

Gold Star (***)
Over 5 years in the corporate and private hospitality arena – generally a career staff member. Able to supervise up to 15 other staff members. Has worked with politicians, leading business and entertainment figures.

Silver Star (**)
2–3 years experience in the hospitality arena. Able to supervise 3–5 staff. Has worked in most if not all types of function.

Bronze Star (*)
First year in the hospitality arena. Not supervisory level. Competent at functions but not a wide knowledge of types of events.

Please be aware that all staff must be fully competent to work with Who's Waiting. All staff are supervised in their first roles with us and their competency level is established before they are taken on as Who's Waiting staff.
