Who's waiting service both corporate and private functions – We have included (below) a handy Staff Cost Estimator which you can use to get an indicative price for your event based on the number of guests and the style of event. Factors such as level of service, table or tray service and type of event all feed into the calculator to give the pricing estimate – however – we recommend that you call us to briefly discuss the arrangements prior to booking and allow us to confirm or vary the price given by the calculator.

This calculator is to be used as a rough guide for event staffing costs only.
Who’s Waiting Hospitality Staff can only give a firm quote for an event after having discussed the particulars of that event with the appropriate person.
All estimated prices include GST.
All estimated prices include staff superannuation and public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for Who’s Waiting Staff.
Each client must provide their own public liability insurance for the event itself (premises etc.). Who’s Waiting take no responsibility for insurance for the event nor the premises at which it may be held.
Who’s Waiting Hospitality Staff are quoted on the basis of a 4 hour minimum event duration — regardless of the actual length of time the event lasts. The staff costs estimator includes this 4 hour minimum.
It is advised that some time for set up and breakdown of each event is allowed for in the hours used to calculate your estimated event staffing costs.
