Hospitality staff is our business and we have been serving Sydney at its wedding receptions, parties and private dinners for over 20 years. All you need to do is work out what level of staffing (see our staff calculator) and what level of expertise is required for your private function (use our Gold Service Standard) - then follow the contact information below and leave the rest to us - our service is always impeccable.

Our recommendation for bar staff is that you use Silver or Bronze standard staff - unless of course you need supervision of more then 5 event staff in which case you may like to include a Gold Standard staff member.
Offer tray service, bar service or cocktails...
Choose from all types of private hospitality staff and levels of service - so for instance if you require tray service or waiter service to take wine or champagne to your guests on the floor or in the garden, no problem! (silver tray service) - or if you want to serve your guests from a bar just explain what you want (very often a combination is preferred at different times in the evening) - everything is possible.
